The Time To Talk Initiative, developed in conjunction with the work, provides the community with resources and ways to take immediate and long-term action. The initiative includes Time to Talk with Davalois Fearon, consists of a series of facilitated dialogues about race and dance workshops such as Shedding created in partnership with former Davalois Fearon Dance dancer Mikaila Ware.  Ware designed Shedding to be a gateway to discovery and authenticity. Centering BIPOC women+ identifying emerging artists, our time together will be spent exploring what it means to shed as a form of decolonizing the body, expanding ranges, and archiving discoveries
