Power Inside and Between is a site-specific piece commissioned by Pentacle for their Dance Series at the Rubin Museum of Art on April 10, 2019. Power Inside and Between reclaims the trope of the “Angry Black Woman” to find the power inside rage, inside the community, and inside the black female body.
